(January 30, 2014, 9:16 pm)I am the mother of a special needs child. Due to my son's rare condition, I have traveled the whole country looking for the best doctors to treat him. Therefore, I have a lot of expectations from the medical team that works with me. I am also a business owner who knows a lot about the medical industry. My son has been a patient of Dr. Copenhaver for two years. Recently, I also had the chance to talk with one of his partners, Dr. Sah and I found him very competent and confident in his work. The reality is that a lot of doctors refuse to work with special needs children because these patients require a lot of office work. A well-re-known pediatrician in Plano told me that my son was very complex and I could not expect his staff to stop working on what they were doing to take care of my son. This practice has very competent doctors who are compassionate and caring. Their business operation runs very smooth and they are tech savvy. I live in Plano and I love the fact that I have two office locations. One in Plano (near my house) and one in Medical City. Their on-call support is extremely efficient. There are only a few pediatric lung doctors in the Dallas or North Dallas. I can tell you that I have seen each of them. I will always be grateful to Doctor Copenhaver and his staff.
