“My mom has her accounts from a Mid-South branch in another city. Now that she is living with us here in north texas it was very beneficial that Mid-South opened a branch in Plano Texas. The staff here was very helpful as we transitioned responsibilities for managing the account to me under a POA. My mom has limited mobility and so they went out to the car to talk with her and have her execute the necessary account changes. They have been very courteous on every visit and it is never crowded inside. The staff is very capable and trustworthy.”

I came in to set up an IRA and a health savings account for my daughter and the banker, Rush (I'm not sure if that is how to spell his name) was very knowledgeable and was able to help me even when other locations couldn't. “These guys were awesome! I came because I got a coupon in the mail for $20 off an oil change. They were amazing. During the oil change they even noticed my registration was out and were genuinely concerned for me! They immediately came in & asked if I needed an inspection done. I let them know I already did all of that, the sticker was sitting in an envelope in my passenger seat & I simply hadn’t gotten around to swapping it out. At that point they OFFERED TO TAKE IT OUT AND CHANGE THE STICKER FOR ME. Y’all, it may be a little thing, but nobody does that! That was so sweet and genuine and quite frankly solidified me as a now lifetime customer for them. When I paid for the oil change, I went to give them the coupon I was using and they told me to keep it so I could use it again when I came back. Again, nobody does that. These guys are great. Very fast, affordable and down-right amazing customer service”
