“The guys at Kwik Kar will take good care of you! I went in mid-week with some issues that they didn’t have time to tackle (it was an hour to closing), but Brian put air in my tires for free and arranged for me to bring the car back in. They made time on a busy Saturday to take care of the big issues - my A/C, which had blown a fuse, my glitching stereo, and they also replaced a blinker light and my front brake pads, and checked a few other elements, all in about an hour and for an amazing price! They made me feel heard and important, they were honest, and they were efficient. Mike and Brian personally took interest in my car’s needs and made sure they were all addressed. Plus, the location is great and the waiting room is super clean and felt safe and socially distanced. Very happy to have found a place I can trust to bring my car every time in the future!”

Messed up my vehicle during the snowstorm and he came out to my home in the ice and snow to evaluate and pickup my vehicle. He made sure I had a rental. We super sufficient with updates and was working much faster than my insurance company! Picking up my vehicle was awesome everyone in the office was beyond friendly and helpful! “Over the Memorial Day weekend, I had my alternator go out. Luckily, I was close to my work and was able to wait until Tuesday to get the repairs done. I went ahead and purchased a new alternator so that when I was able to get it to a shop I wouldn’t have to wait for them to get my part if it wasn’t in stock. Fast forward to Tuesday morning, I called into Christian Brothers closest to my work and spoke with Stephanie. She is and has been an absolute godsend. Not only was she professional, she was kind and lovely to work with. I had a few questions I called back for and each time she was so kind and accommodating. I look forward to seeing her next time I’m in need of service for my car. I cannot express how much easier she made this process for me!”

We ran into an issue with installation and Brian was quick to help us out over the phone, even late after hours! He gave us crystal clear instructions on how to overcome our problem. “Who can say that the car buying process is anything close to a pleasant experience. I am the type of buyer that avoids the haggle and back and for. I come with a reasonable offer and want to know if it is doable. If not, I am happy to walk out. Well, for some reason I always get cut on the same trap. Nevertheless, Audi Plano was better than most. They are respectful and provide a very good service. It is a tough competition on the luxury car market so I always expect them to go above and beyond. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. Will you need patience as in most car buying deals? Absolutely. Could never give 5 stars to any dealer but this one gets 4 when I would give most a 2.”

When they were finishing up they noticed there was a nail in one of my tires so they just went ahead and took it out and plugged it up so there wouldn't be any issues when I'm on the road.
