It is AMAZING! It's a great combo of pilates with stretching. If you're new to pilates I'd highly suggest this class, it's low impact, not overwhelming & slow paced. You get the great benefits of pilates with a little extra to help ground the body. Another favorite class is Fridays at 12:30 pm w/ Tricia! She's amazing with her pilates flow & strap class! You'll leave class feeling awesome & ready to tackle the weekend!”

I am sure God was watching over me as he is exceptional. I had to have a stent installed and he will be my cardioligist for the rest of my life. The procedure involved my wrist entry point so no painful groin entry recovery required. I couldn't be happier with his patient demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions with no rush. Everyone should consider having a cardiologist checkup after age 50 or sooner if they have symptoms. And if you are considering a cardioligist, I strongly recommend a consult with Dr. Morales and know you will be in good hands.”

Dr. Chen has the best personality, experience, and knowledge of any Dr. I have ever met. He listens and explains the issue and plan in a way that I have never experienced before. “I Love Love Love Dr. Sumana Gangi! I'm confused about the other reviews I've read about her and her staff being unprofessional. I do agree about comments made about her call center but, she is very aware of this issue and is working on it. My experiences with Dr. Gangi and her office staff I've met have been great. They are professional and know their stuff. I have an underactive thyroid and high triglycerides and she diagnosed my triglycerides before the blood test and was spot on. I love that she knows her meds and is open to other alternatives but informs of the good and bad leaving you in control of the decision. I am a real client and I'm so grateful she's my Endocrinologist.”

“Dr ChuNa did the impossible for our son. We moved to Frisco from Seattle five years ago. He started developing horrible allergies shortly after. He was 12 years old at the time. Everyone said that it's just a bad area for allergies. But over three in a half years, his allergies became so bad our son couldn't be outside for more than thirty minutes. If he was, he'd be in bed for hours with blinding headaches. I can't even tell you how helpless I felt as a mom. My son was in bed almost every day, and nothing helped. We went to specialists, tried drops, over the counter solutions, you name it...we tried it. He only got worse.
