“Until I broke my back in 3 places at the age of 46, I had not experienced intense chronic pain. Intense pain, yes. Chronic pain yes, but intense and chronic simultaneously was a new feeling to me. If there is one thing I have realized through this battle, its that finding empathy is much harder than I anticipated it would be. That's why I am giving Dr. Adepitan a 5 star review. She gave me plenty of time to talk, to vent, to express my own unique struggle with pain. Trust me, this is unique. Other locations give you about 2 minutes to talk and put you on the assembly line for shots. Although shots and rhizotomy can be effective for some patients, we all still deserve to be educated about these treatments. Dr. Adepitan provides this human side of medicine that seems to be missing from many doctors today.”
