“Sometimes Doctor offices or Medial buildings seem cold and uncaring; like being hurded around from room to room; not at Texas Endoscopy on Independence. From the moment I arrived until I was finished I received friendly, caring, and outstanding service. The receptionist greeted me sincerely; after in the waiting room they even asked if I needed anything. Each staff member that I came in contact with introduced themselves, told me what their role was in my procedure for the day and chatted a bit personally with me. The 'gown, socks and blanket' were warmed before giving them to me which felt great while I was changing in an unfamiliar place. From Pre Op nurse Carmen, to recovery nurse Kelly; the room staff, tech, anesthesia and Dr. all were some of the most respectful and kind people I have ever been under the care of in a hospital setting. Christina, Aletha , Craig and Dr. Rendon. Top Notch all the way. They made an uncomfortable procedure very comfortable.”
