“Weirs Furniture has always been a preferred furniture retailer for me. While most of their selection is a little less contemporary than others, I'm a big fan of their American made products, cozy showrooms and beautiful, quality options. I love supporting a Texas company as well. My husband and I have been shopping for furniture for our new home for a couple of months and visit the Plano and Farmers Branch store once a week to see what new arrivals they may have. The outlet section is a fun treasure hunt, too. We have found that during the Covid season, decent customer service is hard to come by, which is understandable considering the stress associates are under, but we have been given the most attentive, friendliest service by both stores and especially Plano. It was a pleasure to work with Mary from whom we finally bought our sofa. Their return policy can't be beat (30 days with additional deliver costs). The sofa we chose took on a totally different color in our living room than it had in the store so we requested a return and pickup. They obliged with no questions. We actually changed our mind again and decided to work around the color and keep it. I was so embarrassed over it all but the customer service reps on the phone as well as Mary were very kind and understanding. During times like these, personal experiences like this are invaluable. We appreciate you, Weirs!”

“I would normally say 5 however the lady in the drive thru today was very rude. She had to void my 1st payment because she was charging me for the wrong order then was like your order got deleted wait no it didn't there it is. Also I wanted 6 pumps of vanilla in my iced coffee and she advised that it comes like that I said honey it comes with 3 she said not anymore. So apparently the online screen is wrong and they've changed it since the day before yesterday when I got this coffee and she gave me no straw which is fine I can get a straw but she was very rude. No phone number works to talk to a manager and I couldn't mobile order because it was down. I really should give it 1 star but I won't let her give this Starbucks a bad name.”

“I wanted to try this bagel place while I was visiting my kids. They ordered jimmy johns which was very close in proximity to Einstein's bagels, so that's where I picked to eat. I looked at the online menu and decided to try one of the newer sandwiches. I downloaded the app as was required. I couldn't get the correct location to let me order, so even though I signed up, I wasn't able to get any rewards points for my order. They were very busy taking drive thru orders. One of the gentleman was very nice, the younger gentleman was rushed. Online, if I had been able to place an order, my order was less than $18, but in store I paid $23. The french toast chicken sandwich was OK. Not spectacular, but still good. It was a sandwich i wouldn't have created for myself & I'm glad I tried it.The bagels are good- equal- but not superior to other bagel shops that came before them. The schmears are very good. They spread easy even refrigerated and the veggie schmear is really flavorful.”
