This tells me they are experienced with serving shots and understand that when dealing with layered shots time is of the essence to insure a proper shot experience. I feel comfortable that if I wanted any other unique shots that I could speak with them and they could get it done. These baristas, at least the ones in the mornings on weekdays, are competent with coffee. I say "mornings" as I have not visited at other times. The Americana also tasted clean and smooth. No bitter or burnt taste. This Starbucks stands above the rest in my view.”
