It was cut far too thick for a prime strip and came out lightly seared and rare in the middle. I didn't really enjoy it and it was definitely not memorable like most steaks at Bob's. The carrot cake I had for dessert was way over mixed and dense. Didn't care for that either. Everything else was very good.”
