We purchased a dress that they knew needed a lot of work but we were not told until the dress came in they couldn't do it. After taking it to 3 other places I called back and Roxanne did get us worked in since we were under a time crunch by then. The dress turned out beautiful and I appreciate her getting that done for us. That's the only reason I didn't leave a 5 star.”

“We arrived early (a little after 1:00) and we're told that our room wasn't ready yet. And check in time was at 3:00. They were told that we would be arriving about 1 or 2. Other hotels had our room ready or had another one we could switch to. The room however was very nice and clean, comfortable, and not near the elevator added bonus. Bathroom door lock didn't work. Breakfast was one of the best for hotels we've stayed in. Checkout was easy. Allover good experience”
