“I went in to the Prosper AT&T store not realizing how hard it was going to be to leave Verizon. It took many hours of wait time due to Verizon being so poorly run during the pandemic. The AT&T staff were attentive, patient and beyond helpful. It was obvious that they were understaffed but they kept rocking and rolling and every single staff member was smiling, helpful and friendly. After all of the customer service issues I had with Verizon, seeing that type of red ice commitment in the AT&T store was affirmation that I was making the right move by switching. Ana was my in-store rep and I highly encourage everyone to ask for her when going in. The store manager was also amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I would also like to add that with all of the Verizon stores being closed it was nice to have the AT&T store open. Cell phones and services are not cheap and having a person to directly speak with at all times should be a priority with the cellular networks. Thank you Prosper AT&T staff!!”

“I have to say that this is the best Verizon store I have ever been to. I've been a customer for many years and cannot speak highly enough about the staff at this store. This past Christmas, I went in to purchase a new iPhone. Maurice Porter provided excellent customer service and gave me the details on a plan that was extraordinary. He helped me with my trade-in and walked me through how to set everything up. This was customer service at its best! Upon finishing the contract, I noticed Verizon had over charged me for the first month. This was due to a glitch in their internal, corporate system. Nevertheless, I was understandably very nervous about how my first bill would appear. This is when Dennis English, one of the store managers, came to personally help me. He gave me his guarantee that he would help fix my bill, in 30 days, if it was incorrect. True to his word, the next month Dennis remembered me, by name, and helped resolve the billing mistake in the store. This went a long way to instill me with confidence as a customer and guarantee that I will never go to any other provider so long as there are people like Dennis and Maurice on the frontlines! If I could sum this store and its employees up in one word, it would be integrity!”
