(February 6, 2020, 1:10 pm)Dr. Dela Cruz has been nothing but compassionate with me. I scheduled a visit with the Richardson location and happened to choose with him. Ever since the first visit, he would patiently listen to any concerns I had and would also make sure that the care I received would be thorough and accurate (either directly from him or from other doctors he personally trusts). I never felt rushed, and he would actually take time to explain and answer any questions I had. I have never had a regular doctor until now, and I will continue to go to him for any check-ups or consultations.
In addition, the nurse I happened to interact with the last couple times is nothing but kind as well. I will have to update this when I catch her name the next time. -

The staff at the front desk are always very friendly, they have TV’s and a bathroom in the lobby. They keep on track here so as long as you have made an appointment you will be checked in on time. I love my doctor and her recommendations are always on point. Baylor as a myhealth portal which makes it simple to keep all records in one place and access all your data in historical format.
