“I am very thankful for having Dr. Diehl as my Primary Care Physician (PCP). She has been my primary care physician for two years now. She took over my care from my old PCP because of insurance change when I got married. As my PCP, she listens, she is thorough, and she has always been kind to me and my family. Her office staff is very efficient, very nice and professional and are familiar not just with the patient side of giving patient care, but also with the intricate administrative side of healthcare. I get a live person when I call and the staff is knowledgeable and are able to address the reason why I contacted them usually during that same call. Her practice is also a big user of their patient portal app which provides me another avenue to connect with them and access information about my care. Thank you very much.”

“Christopher Starr, the location manager went above and beyond to help us. We were scheduled to move our entire house furnishings into two PODS located at the Jacksonville storage facility. Hurricane Ian was heading towards Florida and the entire state was under warnings. Chris reached out to me to make sure we were still coming because he had to secure the facility and his staff. He kept the facility open to accommodate our movers, gave me his cell phone number in case we needed anything and came out to the PODS to make sure we had everything we needed. He's personable, professional and is committed to a high level of customer service. He even went above and beyond 2 days later and had my PODs taken back out of storage for me to load some last minute items. I wasn't sure which POD, so without hesitation, he made both accessible. “I saw Dr. Brock Pierce during my first pregnancy and he delivered my son. He was great during the pregnancy. He has a sarcastic light hearted- real personality which isn’t for everyone but was a good fit for me. He took Medicaid, not sure if he still does, but it was a blessing. I had horrible anxiety/fear of miscarriage and he was very encouraging and told me to call the nurses line if I ever had any questions or concerns. He was knowledgeable about mthfr too which was nice. The wait times were never that long. He always gave me enough time in each appointment, answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. If I called the after hours line and asked a question or left a message, he would call me back. The nurses were kind.”
