“I had a heart attack in 2017 and don't recommend that to be the event were you select your cardiologist but that's how I met Dr. Philip Morales at Baylor Heart in Plano. I am sure God was watching over me as he is exceptional. I had to have a stent installed and he will be my cardioligist for the rest of my life. The procedure involved my wrist entry point so no painful groin entry recovery required. I couldn't be happier with his patient demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions with no rush. Everyone should consider having a cardiologist checkup after age 50 or sooner if they have symptoms. And if you are considering a cardioligist, I strongly recommend a consult with Dr. Morales and know you will be in good hands.”

“I cannot explain enough in words what The Pain Relief Center in Plano, Texas has meant to me in the last 14 days. Dr. Chen has the best personality, experience, and knowledge of any Dr. I have ever met. He listens and explains the issue and plan in a way that I have never experienced before. I moved to Texas a year ago and recently had an issue with back pain that was very debilitating. Dr Chen was quick to diagnose, and get me in for an injection and immediately control my pain. “I Love Love Love Dr. Sumana Gangi! I'm confused about the other reviews I've read about her and her staff being unprofessional. I do agree about comments made about her call center but, she is very aware of this issue and is working on it. My experiences with Dr. Gangi and her office staff I've met have been great. They are professional and know their stuff. I have an underactive thyroid and high triglycerides and she diagnosed my triglycerides before the blood test and was spot on. I love that she knows her meds and is open to other alternatives but informs of the good and bad leaving you in control of the decision. I am a real client and I'm so grateful she's my Endocrinologist.”

“At this point, I believe I have been going to Dr. Johari for about 4 yrs. I can't think of any bad experiences, but I have thought of a lot of good experiences. After a Motorcycle wreck and a really bad experience at Los Colinas medical center, I went in to see Dr. Johari. The first thing she did was discuss pain meds, because what the other place gave me was nothing and I was in a lot of pain. I appreciated her attention to my comfort needs. Also, she has been patient with me and takes the time to explain things when I have questions. They are in and out of there as others have pointed out, but I don't mind. That efficiency and hustle means I wait less time to be seen when I arrive. However, they have never, in my opinion, sacrificed care for speed. The staff is efficient, speedy, and thorough. Dr. Johari is pleasant, polite, patient, efficient, explanatory, and seemingly knowledgeable. I have never waited long, my appointments are always quick, and I have always received the care I needed.”

“I have been seeing Dr. Bradford for 6 years now and she is the best! I had a biopsy last year and when the imaging center informed Dr. Bradford of my breast cancer diagnosis, she called me immediately to see how I was doing. She even called me after hours to discuss surgeon referrals and I went with a surgeon she recommended that is also amazing. Dr. Bradford called me weekly for a time, to check in on me and make sure I was doing okay. That was way more than I expected! She has always taken time with me at every appointment. I have never felt rushed and she has always been able to answer my questions. She genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best for them. Her staff is awesome too! Katie, her medical assistant, is fantastic! I can't say enough great things about Dr. Bradford and her team! In regards to the 1-star rating below, I remember when this happened as I couldn't get through for a bit too. When I mentioned it to Dr Bradford, she let me know they knew of the problem and were working with the telephone service provider to get it fixed, which they did. It hasn't been a problem since.”
