“Great gym! First did the trial for here, and I enjoyed it a lot, so I signed up. The gym is always clean, rarely busy. Even when it's busy, it's not packed or overly crowded to where all the equipment is taken up. Best of all, no Gym Bros! Enough machines available to hit every muscle group, 2 Squat Racks, 1 Smith machine and good selection of dumbbells. The trainer Nathan is great, very knowledgeable in nutrition, corrective exercises and techniques for lifting properly. My only wish is for them to add some fixed barbell's for additional use.”

“This gym is so awesome. The walls are tall and the routes are set well. The big draw though is their community. Summit has really done a lot to build a community of climbers and it really shows. Everyone is friendly from employees to regulars. I always feel at home. Update: Still my home gym. You can see how welcoming they are here by how many climbers pack into the building. “This studio is nice, but it is small. The reviews are true — these classes are pretty full, especially in the early morning. There are 12 spots per class and they fill up quickly. The only way I’m able to successfully book a schedule is by having an unlimited membership (booking in advance). I am freelance and have a flexible schedule so I usually take the classes at 2 pm - 4 pm during the week as those have spaces in them. I’ve gotten off the waitlist for a few classes, which I was pretty happy about and immediately notified thru the Club Pilates app. There’s a few things I wish they would have, such as a mic for instructors and having the music a little bit louder but I understand there are neighboring businesses, so that might be why. Hopefully, they add some level 2 classes sometime soon! Personally, the studio has been a blessing for me since it’s down the street from me!”

Music is great, none of the lackluster elevator muzak you hear in a lot of places and it's clean, well lit, everything excellently taken care of. Most importantly are the trainers-all are exceptional, Jason works directly with my two sons-one in college and the other in high school Both high level athletes. he does a great job motivating them, but not overwhelming them. They walk out of each session worn out but excited for the next session. They look forward to it, not dreading it. Jason is phenomenal, as you can see it with all levels of fitness. “Sanctum is one of the best CrossFit gyms I've been to. After my first visit, I knew I wanted to become a member. The workouts can be modified to fit your fitness level — whether you're a CrossFit fiend, a prior athlete or an active mom who wants a challenge, there's something here for everyone. I am a previous collegiate athlete, who also competed in bodybuilding prior to the pandemic and I'm working to get back in shape. Sanctum has the workouts I need to achieve that! The coaches are super helpful and talk you through the workout at the beginning, and also ensure that every movement is performed accurately and safely during the workout. Members also make you feel very welcome, giving you tips, helping you find equipment, motivating you through the sets, and fist bumping you upon completion. I have to give special kudos to the owner, Mike, because he's awesome and values each member and takes the time to get to know everyone! This box, the staff, the workouts and the Sanctum community is unmatched. You won't regret joining!”

“The staff and members are super friendly, it’s a very welcoming environment. The only drawback is that they don’t have any Bella Barbells (at least that I’ve seen). I lift competitively from time to time and I want to be able to practice with barbells similar to what I’d be using in competition. Plus the skinnier bars are easier for me to grip and maintain form on things like cleans and snatches. Edit: I didn’t think to just ask for a Bella bar. I appreciate Hans responding so quickly. But, they completely won me over when they revived my wedding dress (which hadn’t been cleaned in the decade since I got married). “When I arrived in Texas on a 3 month visit from Australia, I had every intention of continuing my indoor cycle classes but was very unsure of what I would find here. Well.....I found the most outstanding, welcoming and inspiring studio at Neon Cycle and Strength. Lead by the kindest most superb human in Chelsea, the instructors challenged me every single class. The mantras of self care, progress not perfection, being a leader in your own life and re-connecting to self are truly motivating and inspirational. Chelsea, Dante. Chantal and Tedrick are great examples of the force that positive thinking and exercise can have on your life. My fitness is at its peak and I have lost almost 20 pounds since beginning classes in late July (It is now October as I write this) I am a 62 year old, relatively fit grandmother. The team at Neon openly welcomed me never making me feel awkward or 'too old' to be a part of their family. The team on reception are sensational. Katelyn, Auburn, Hayley, Caroline and Lauren as the front of house team are 'magic. Their smiles and friendly banter are a great start to any cycle session. They are a wonderful team who really do take the time to get to know you and have become beautiful friends who I will miss when I return to Australia. Thank you team Neon.
