“Very quick service. I made a last minute appointment called at 8 am on a Thursday and she took me in at 11am. I had horrible pain in my left left tooth. They did a couple of x-rays and determined i needed a root canal. Within minutes the doctor came to explain the procedure. I was confused because she mainly uses medical terminology and i wasn’t familiar with the words so ask questions if you don’t know. She’s really nice and will answer all of them. They also offered me care credit. Which is basically like a credit card to pay for your emergency medical needs. I applied on my phone while they were preparing for the procedure. Quick and easy. i was done within 2 hours and driving home pain free. Thank you Dr.prida and staff💕”

And unlike most doctors, she actually takes her time and isn’t trying to get out the door as fast as she can. And her staff and assistants are just as wonderful. A very Warm and welcoming group and office. I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know. Actually my daughter is planning on going there in the next month. Also, I normally spend a small fortune when I go to the dermatologist , but I feel like her prices are very reasonable.”

I love her professionalism and how wonderful my hair looks and feels after each visit. I am HAPPY that they ask parents to not bring their children I love children, I do, but not when they are running around being kids in this setting. I come here to relax and be pampered and that can not happen when little people are being little people. I don't care how you spin it. “Dr. Cook is a wonderful doctor! My oldest has seen him for 8 years now and my other two kids since birth. He is very kind and takes the time to explain things in detail. He also talks to my boys and explains things to them as well so they really respect and like him. It is very important to me that Dr. Cook doesn’t just push medications as well. All of his recommendations have always been reliable and I trust his advice. I’ve tried other pediatricians in the area since they would be closer to my house (we have moved) but I haven’t found a doctor that I trust more than Dr. Cook or one my boys feel comfortable with so we make the extra drive. As for his staff, they have changed over the years but I have not encountered anyone rude or unprofessional. I also like the online patient portal where I can look at my kids records and print out things I need. I always get called or emailed back quickly too. Before Covid, they would also have a carnival-like flu shot event that was so fun, quick, and easy. My boys also love the huge fish tank and the glass butterflies that hang from the ceiling. I highly recommend!”
