She took over my care from my old PCP because of insurance change when I got married. As my PCP, she listens, she is thorough, and she has always been kind to me and my family. Her office staff is very efficient, very nice and professional and are familiar not just with the patient side of giving patient care, but also with the intricate administrative side of healthcare. I get a live person when I call and the staff is knowledgeable and are able to address the reason why I contacted them usually during that same call. Hurricane Ian was heading towards Florida and the entire state was under warnings. Chris reached out to me to make sure we were still coming because he had to secure the facility and his staff. He kept the facility open to accommodate our movers, gave me his cell phone number in case we needed anything and came out to the PODS to make sure we had everything we needed. He's personable, professional and is committed to a high level of customer service. He even went above and beyond 2 days later and had my PODs taken back out of storage for me to load some last minute items. I wasn't sure which POD, so without hesitation, he made both accessible.
