I never have a problem with crowds so my workouts are always great. Coach Daniel was great about explaining the services offered and is just a nice guy all around. The rest of the staff is pleasant as well. The music is a little loud like some other reviews said but if you have headphones on it’s not a problem. And if you forget them the music isn’t terrible to listen to either. Good price for a great gym.”

“I recommend TMS to everyone, it can even be beneficial to people without anxiety or depression.
