“What a great experience! I had a surprise root canal and was very nervous for the procedure. I showed up and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. They had all the details on what my cost would be after talking to my insurance so I walked into the procedure knowing exactly how much it would cost. The doctor and dental tech were so kind and walked me through every step. They made some thing that I had anxiety about, a very easy process. Plus I feel 100 times better! Pain free! “This was my first time getting my hair colored at Madison Reed, and I was extremely impressed. I've been having a tough time going from a dark hair color to a lighter level that matched my natural color. The stylist I got, Maura, was super kind and very knowledgeable. I told her I was trying to match my then-lightened orangish hair to my light brown roots. After trying a toner which didn't take, she took extra time [even when the business was packed due to the Plano location AC being out], and redid my hair until it was done right. She matched it perfect, and I am so happy with it. No stylist has been able to match my hair color so well. I will most certainly be a regular to get any color services I need done from now on. These ladies know color! :D”

I had a wish list of the kind of place I was hoping for – I knew I would have to compromise . . . or so I thought. While looking online, at what seemed like hundreds of facilities in numerous states, I saw the ad for Grand Brook in Allen, Texas and called. From first contact I knew this was the place. My brother moved into the Grand Brook Allen facility in January and we have never looked back. The facility is relatively small, with a small number of residents. The care is very personal and the staff loving. There are always activities going on and every resident, no matter their abilities, is included. My brother is now part of this larger family and he is thriving. I could not be more pleased with the love they have shown, the care they have given, and the peace they have brought to the whole process.
