“Dr. Hassell is an excellent urologist, however the staff there seems to be a little disorganized. The doctor would tell me one thing, then the nurse or another on his staff would tell me the opposite. I feel this is a short term situation, which can easily be rectified with a doctor/staff meeting regarding rules regulations etc. Overall the receptionist, and lab personnel we’re very friendly and professional!”
