“I Love Love Love Dr. Sumana Gangi! I'm confused about the other reviews I've read about her and her staff being unprofessional. I do agree about comments made about her call center but, she is very aware of this issue and is working on it. My experiences with Dr. Gangi and her office staff I've met have been great. They are professional and know their stuff. I have an underactive thyroid and high triglycerides and she diagnosed my triglycerides before the blood test and was spot on. I love that she knows her meds and is open to other alternatives but informs of the good and bad leaving you in control of the decision. I am a real client and I'm so grateful she's my Endocrinologist.”

“At this point, I believe I have been going to Dr. Johari for about 4 yrs. I can't think of any bad experiences, but I have thought of a lot of good experiences. After a Motorcycle wreck and a really bad experience at Los Colinas medical center, I went in to see Dr. Johari. The first thing she did was discuss pain meds, because what the other place gave me was nothing and I was in a lot of pain. I appreciated her attention to my comfort needs. Also, she has been patient with me and takes the time to explain things when I have questions. They are in and out of there as others have pointed out, but I don't mind. That efficiency and hustle means I wait less time to be seen when I arrive. However, they have never, in my opinion, sacrificed care for speed. The staff is efficient, speedy, and thorough. Dr. Johari is pleasant, polite, patient, efficient, explanatory, and seemingly knowledgeable. I have never waited long, my appointments are always quick, and I have always received the care I needed.”

“Dr ChuNa did the impossible for our son. We moved to Frisco from Seattle five years ago. He started developing horrible allergies shortly after. He was 12 years old at the time. Everyone said that it's just a bad area for allergies. But over three in a half years, his allergies became so bad our son couldn't be outside for more than thirty minutes. If he was, he'd be in bed for hours with blinding headaches. I can't even tell you how helpless I felt as a mom. My son was in bed almost every day, and nothing helped. We went to specialists, tried drops, over the counter solutions, you name it...we tried it. He only got worse. Someone referred us to Dr ChuNa and said their son had similar issues that she was able to help. I was at a dead end, praying for God to help us in some way. What did I have to lose? My son and I both went to see her with low expectations. I remember my son even saying that he couldn't get his hopes up any more. After a couple months of specific treatments, I'll never forget Dr ChuNa saying he could play outside again. He would be fine. I honestly didn't believe her. But that afternoon, my son helped me in the yard for four hours! He didn't have any headaches that followed. We went a handful of more times for her to finish his personal treatment plan. It's been over a year, and my son hasn't been sick once! I'd say that's a MIRACLE! But it's not just for us, it's for anyone stuck at a dead end with their health. Dr. ChuNa is so phenomenal at what she does. Since then I've sent dozens of friends to her. I've even had friends and family fly in to TX to see her b/c they're at a dead end with the medical world. Their health is suffering, but they can't figure out why. She has helped them ALL!”
