“Dr. Stephen Hamn is a really nice doctor. first- the wait to see him less than 10 minutes, so organized. he did my surgery "hernia" and he did explain everything before the surgery, and he told me not to worry about it. the day of the surgery he came and made sure I'm ready and I'm OK. after the surgery, he made sure I'm OK to leave. they also called me and made appointment 2 days after and everything was ok I do recommend him.”

The staff was immediately alert when I came in and tried to help me out with picking out perfect glasses for me. The staff knew what they were talking about and recommended best glasses/lens for me. They asked me what do I use it for, what style Am I looking for, what type of lenses Am I comfortable with, which helped me narrowed it down to few options. I was little shy about trying out many glasses and very hesitant with deciding one but the staff was very helpful with telling me which one I look the best and gave me a little space that I needed. I’m not so sure how long they’re going to have their sales but they were having some great deals. Also my glasses were ready in 2 days which was super fast. I’d definitely would come back and recommend this place!”

“This hotel is among the cleanest of the Hilton Garden Inns that I've visited. I've stayed here several times for work and actually like it better than the huge Hilton Convention Center in Frisco. The bar tender and kitchen staff were the best of all the help, getting me food to eat before I left for night shifts at the hospital. I had breakfast one morning and it was cooked to order. Two of the three front desk staff that I dealt with were exceptional, both women. One I think was Deidra Castro, intelligent woman showed excellent leadership skills.”

“All doctors in the office are great and wonderful. My only complaint is the wait time. Me and my wife usually get there 5-15 mins before the appointment. We get in to the room usually pretty quick, nurses come in pretty quick but we had to wait 30-40 minutes for the doctor to come in one time. From entering the office to leaving you may spend up to and hour to an hour an 15 minutes. Besides that everything is great. If I notice the wait time shorten I will definitely change this to 5 stars.”
