“Weirs Furniture has always been a preferred furniture retailer for me. While most of their selection is a little less contemporary than others, I'm a big fan of their American made products, cozy showrooms and beautiful, quality options. I love supporting a Texas company as well. My husband and I have been shopping for furniture for our new home for a couple of months and visit the Plano and Farmers Branch store once a week to see what new arrivals they may have. The outlet section is a fun treasure hunt, too. We have found that during the Covid season, decent customer service is hard to come by, which is understandable considering the stress associates are under, but we have been given the most attentive, friendliest service by both stores and especially Plano. It was a pleasure to work with Mary from whom we finally bought our sofa. Their return policy can't be beat (30 days with additional deliver costs). The sofa we chose took on a totally different color in our living room than it had in the store so we requested a return and pickup. They obliged with no questions. We actually changed our mind again and decided to work around the color and keep it. I was so embarrassed over it all but the customer service reps on the phone as well as Mary were very kind and understanding. During times like these, personal experiences like this are invaluable. “There is a reason we have Terminix for pest control. They are very good at what they do. They are Terminix! We are on a quarterly schedule. They contact us when they are coming and there is some minimal coordination with the Technician regarding actual day and time. There is construction going on right behind us and elsewhere in our community. That usually stirs up myriad insects that try to pay us a visit. We see this because when the bugs cross the spray barrier that Terminix puts down, they are killed. If we have any concern, Terminix comes out to inspect and retreat if necessary. Absolutely no hassle. Guys, take it from me, if my wife is happy with this service, there is no doubt that yours will be happy as well.”

“We are SO glad we found Edwin at Best Appliances. He was very professional as well as down to earth and very friendly. His daughter Joanna was lovely and helped us land a fantastic fridge that we absolutely love. We were on a tight budget and almost went the Facebook market route but this was by far a better decision. It was an open box deal, an unused fridge but had a few minor, unnoticeable dings that put this gallery French door fridge into our price range. He worked on the price with us and even delivered the fridge on his day off! Edwin went above and beyond for us. We recommend his appliance store for your appliance needs and I plan to use Edwin for our future needs for repairs as he also does that. “We were actually ready to go with Nebraska Furniture to do the flooring in our new home, and decided to stop by Palace Floors. Not only were they able to provide some savings in total out the door price with the same exact flooring (wood looking tiles downstairs, engineered wood upstairs) and materials, but they were very detailed in every aspect of their installation (verified with our own eyes). It wasn't a rush job where they were just trying to install the flooring as quickly as possible. They spent some time to make sure everything was installed correctly (on about 4000 sq ft of flooring). I waited a few months post install before writing this review to make sure everything was still good. We have no issues with our floors so far and are quite happy with Palace Floors!”

“I've never purchased an acoustic piano before so I didn't really know what I was doing. Hale was very patient and showed me several different pianos over the span of about 2 hours and explained the differences between all the different makes and models. In the end I believe that I made a very informed decision and was very happy with the piano I chose, a Seiler ED-186 in polished ebony with nickel hardware. It's a beautiful instrument, has absolutely amazing tone, and the price fit my budget. I would highly recommend Metroplex Piano if you are looking for a new piano, just ask for Hale!”
