First of all, they made touring/moving in seamless during this pandemic, making it stress free and actually enjoyable. Before move in, I emailed back and forth with Sarah and Brittany, and not only are they fast to respond but they are so nice and helpful! Secondly, after we got our keys, we did notice a few small things that needed to be address by maintenance. These issues were literally resolved in less than 24 hours! I have never been in an apartment so engaged with their residents and so helpful! We are very excited about our move here and looking forward to it! Thank you!”

“Well I’m really big on reviews & the reviews here are horrible. I decided to visit the complex for a tour today before reading any reviews. I scheduled online & arrived early only to stand there drenched in sweat because it’s so hot outside. I went to sit in my car & decided to call. The First Lady I spoke with was so nice & genuine. She let me look at a unit in phase 2 that I loved. I called the office & reached a very rude lady who dryly advised me the unit I was viewing isn’t available. She didn’t offer me more information so I immediately returned the keys. The same nice lady greeted me at the door & provided me more information. Thank you! After reading the reviews, I’d rather not be stuck in a lease & over billed my first time renting. I loved this property but I will not be applying due to the reviews. Thanks everyone that has left a review for whatever reason.”

“Canterbury Courts is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. My husband, my dog, and I love that it is beautiful and green, pet friendly, and has very kind management. It seems like everyone in the office here works hard to make sure the residents are happy. During the first few months of the pandemic they brought in a food truck every week for us. They also respond to and resolve issues with the apartment quickly and efficiently whether it’s a complaint or maintenance issue. We’ve lived here for over a year and it’s always been very safe and peaceful. We also love that the apartment is in walking distance from Crowley Park which is a beautiful place to walk our dog and we regularly see coyotes and bobcats there. They also have a dog spa to bathe our dog which is one of the best parts of living here. Our dog is large and it’s almost impossible to bathe her in our bathtub so the dog spa makes things so much easier on us. We have only ever had a problem with ants in the apartment being on the second floor and a can of any spray took care of them easily. The rent is pricey and will be raised after you move in which is pretty standard apartment procedure in Dallas. The water bill is shared and can be pretty high as well. As with many apartments the upstairs residents can hear their downstairs neighbors voices pretty clearly and they can hear our footsteps. The walls are very sturdy though and we can never hear the neighbors next to us or behind us. We have always been able to find a place to park though if you get home late you might have to park farther away from your apartment. Overall, we truly love this beautiful community and living here.”

“I don't know how anyone had issues with the studio or engineer. He was nothing but great with me on my solo project. I came in and he took as much time as necessary to work with me and dial in my perfect sound. The time spent here was worth every penny and I feel very fortunate to have such a great studio so local without the trashy people you normally find at studios. I will use this studio again and recommend to all my friends and fellow artists.”

The property all around is Tranquil and I appreciate the upkeep of the grounds and the fact that there is a bus stop for the students to gather.
