The lack of available medications can result in very unpleasant symptoms and safety concerns due to abrupt cessation. Expect ZERO communication from techs. You will not discover an issue until you arrive to pick up your medication. I don’t know how to resolve these issues. They seem systemic. Amazing place with amazing bikes in stock, but even more impressive was the attention to detail and care from the staff. Worked with Ryan fro about a month, from pre-order all the way to riding out on a new model. He took care of all the details, so the pick up day was a breeze. Buying a motorcycle is a huge commitment and undertaking, but they definitely made it an extremely pleasant and pain free experience.”

I brought a high value item to Pack & Parcel to have them box it up and ship it through UPS with insurance. UPS proceeded to lose the package somewhere in Oklahoma City. As UPS dragged its heels, violated their own terms and conditions, and made this process as difficult as possible to ensure they didn't have to pay out on the package they lost, the management and owner of Pack & Parcel repeatedly went to bat for me. After the package was finally recovered and returned, Pack & Parcel went to bat for me once more to ensure I received a refund from UPS, which UPS naturally did not want to offer up. This entire process took nearly a month due to UPS's bumbling, and Pack & Parcel helped me out the whole way. I received consistent and professional updates from Pack & Parcel during this entire process. I can only imagine the difficulty trying to navigate this process as an individual shipper or if I had shipped through a UPS store, instead. They have earned my business, to say the least, and I would recommend them to all.”
