“First of all this is a court, i see these negative reviews and I can see why but at the end of the day these people are just doing their job. I’m sure they are very busy and can’t answer every single call, so try and give them a break. They are working as hard as they can. Second, when i had an issue for an unpaid toll that I had to pay for, the ladies were nothing but polite and respectful. They went the extra mile to make sure i was taken care of and i appreciate that so much, it may take a little while sometimes to get a hold of someone but when they do answer they are always prompt and respectful. I give the customer service 5 stars. Thank you judge Yarbrough and your staff for all you do for helping keep law and order. I had a wonderful experience and your staff is amazing! “My fiance was treated by Dr. Farhan Mohammad. He is very compassionate, caring, honest and very understanding. He facilitated all of our requests. He even came on the weekends and after hours to visit my fiance at the hospital. He answered our calls outside of his working hours. He listened to our concerns and requests with an open mind. “I bought an above ground pool from this establishment. The liner ended up having a leak in it. They worked diligently, and quickly, to find me another one, at no cost. Not only that, when i showed up to pick up the new liner they gave me a huge container of chlorine, shock, and some other needed supplies at no cost. This was not their fault, it was just something that happens, and yet they went above and beyond to make it up to me. I will get all my supplies from this store. They have incredible integrity.”

As busy as she was she took care of the issue quickly and very kindly. After taking care of that issue, she brought us our order out equally as fast. “Just wanted to share how awesome this whataburger is. I called in early on July 4th for a big order of 75 chicken strips. These guys had my order ready within 30 minutes of me leaving my house and charged me no extra cost for Buffalo sauce. I love the staff at this specific location as I’ve been eating at this whataburger for over 5 years. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted by the staff with a smile on their face. After looking at several stores for flooring, I immediately felt comfortable doing business with this place for my flooring needs after looking for only a few minutes at their selections in person. They have a great selection to choose from. Not only did they have variety, the quality of the products their carry is top notch. Since I have been to this place, all the flooring I saw at other stores, such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Floor & Decor, etc..gives me a bad vibe, and just feels cheap, and I would feel ripped off if I were to buy flooring any where else. The salesperson, Paul, was very helpful. He was very straightforward, informative, and knew what he was doing, which is what matters to me. The whole process was very quick. I was able to have only a week turnaround for me, from looking at the sample, to it being delivered. Their pricing IS on the pricier side, but I was very fortunate to be able to get very good pricing this time. Even with that said, the important thing to know is that you are getting much better quality from this business and it’s worth it. You also have someone to ask questions throughout the process, unlike other places. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for flooring. At the very least, I would add this place to the list of places you are looking at, because this place is a great resource if you’re looking to install flooring.”

Everyone involved (the Owner, project manager, trades persons, etc.) were all professional, skilled, polite and a pleasure to work with. In particular, the Owner's careful selection of his trade team made a big difference. These days, it's understandable to be doubtful, but everyone involved made us feel comfortable not only because of their attitude, but their punctuality and skill level gave us confidence we could trust them. The most significant quality that truly made the biggest difference for us was the level of customer service. We did experience a couple of hiccups (as all projects do), but the level of service to resolve each was top down. Every step of the way, the Owner took charge, communicated and delegated to equally responsible parties when necessary.
