One server, Christian, was especially helpful given that my family has incredibly disparate dietary restrictions. He seemed particularly understanding and was able to make menu suggestions to accommodate us all. The food was absolutely delicious and the service impeccable. “Who can say that the car buying process is anything close to a pleasant experience. I am the type of buyer that avoids the haggle and back and for. I come with a reasonable offer and want to know if it is doable. If not, I am happy to walk out. Well, for some reason I always get cut on the same trap. Nevertheless, Audi Plano was better than most. They are respectful and provide a very good service. It is a tough competition on the luxury car market so I always expect them to go above and beyond. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. Will you need patience as in most car buying deals? Absolutely. Could never give 5 stars to any dealer but this one gets 4 when I would give most a 2.”
