“My partner and I had to file an insurance claim to replace a failed membrane roofing system on our incredibly low sloped roof which are notorious for being susceptible to leaking. After trouble working with one roofer we wisely switched over to Designer Roofing for our standing seam roof installation based on Aaron's refreshing communication skills and capacity to not treat the homeowner as incapable of understanding the product and installation process. Part of our reasoning for the standing seam roof was to prepare for a solar panel install as well, which is the preferred and best roof for the longevity and maintenance of the solar panels. Aaron was already versed in this knowledge and was very kind in communicating details directly with the solar panel company prior to their installation which gave us comfort and confidence in our investment. Dan oversaw the installation crew and was incredibly professional, always available to answer questions and concerns while keeping us informed on the arrival times of the crew whom were also consistently punctual. Dan went above and beyond to help us resolve a particularly tricky pre-existing construction issue with our front porch overhang that wasn't pitched properly. Upon completion, the drainage issue wasn't resolved and he went back to the drawing board to create a solution which was reworked shortly thereafter with success. Additionally, Leo, who was the lead roofer, worked diligently and with great pride in his work, something everyone should be so lucky to have when making such an investment in their home. Everyone involved with our roof install from start to finish were competent, courteous and respectful of our property. I would overwhelmingly recommend Designer Roofing to anyone looking to install a standing seam roof with a company that is straight forward and Honest (which is a rarity in this industry.) I'd also like to add that you can put a lot more trust in a roofing company that specializes in just one type of roof, and when it comes to details, the metal roof option requires a lot more attention! The attached pictures show how beautiful this roof is, however, with the low pitch of the roof it is rather difficult to see it from the ground. “This was our first time going here and had heard mixed reviews . Then the proximity to home, and the fact that they’re open till 11 was a major factor visit the place. It’s right off Hwy 121 and has a warm and cozy ambience, that quickly grows on you. The lady who seemed like the owner told us that we can order using the QR codes or we could just take her help. We chose the “Human” approach :-) We ordered the Tandoori Aloo for starters, along with Dahi Puri, Papdi Chaat, Thayir Vada and the Schezwan Noodles. The BBQ aloo was in two flavors Mint and Garlic, we chose garlic ! The platter came with grilled potatoes , onions and green peppers. The potatoes were boiled just right and the flavor had the perfect char and also an amazing garlicky flavor. Definitely hit the spot. The chaat items dahi sev Puri and pappu chaat were customized to our taste with sweet chutney and the lack there of as requested. Surely matched the typical indian street food vibe👏👏 The Dahi vada / Thayir vada was in a beautiful leaf plate, with 4 small medhu vadas that were perfectly soft, easy to cut with a spoon and just like in south India, dunked in a pleasantly seasoned yogurt pool topped with cilantro ! The flavor transported you directly to the streets of Chennai 👍 The last one, and the highlight of the food fare, Schezwan Noodles, the ultimate Indo Chinese dish was laden with sautéed onions, green and red peppers and smothered with schrzwan sauce that was spicy and full of authentic (maybe a pun bcos, Indo-Chinese isn’t really a formal cuisine, but is a very popular variant in India). So if you’re at Sankalp, definitely explore the Indo-Chinese options as I think you won’t be disappointed . Overall an amazing place for a family meet up, couples retreat or just a bachelor boys hangout, Sankalp hits the high notes on Flavor, Ambience and Service! So what’re you waiting for , just go ahead and splurge already !”

I had wanted a custom tiki-themed birthday cake for my husband and had been trying to reach another bakery down in Dallas for almost a month when I gave up and did some more searching and found Sweet Art Bakery. They graciously agreed to work with me even though I was running a little behind (always give them at least two weeks!). They were super helpful with working out a design and very upfront about what they would and would not be able to do due to time restraints. The cake turned out incredible and on top of the design, is so freaking delicious. I ate leftover cake for breakfast this morning. Highly recommend!”

All 3 were awesome. I would order all 3 again. Presentation was super cute too! It took a bit to get our rolls but I'm happy to wait for quality food.
