“ReadiVet came into our lives at a low point when the health of our beloved cat of 16 years suddenly changed for the worse over Memorial Day weekend. Not wanting to stress Genie more by taking her to a vet, I texted ReadiVet on Sunday to see if they had any openings the following week. Much to my gratefulness, Sonia called me Monday morning and arranged for Dr. Hyde and Heather to come. Dr. Hyde and Heather were gentle, knowledgeable and prompt, and they answered all of our questions and provided us with options. It was discovered that Genie’s kidneys were failing and due to her age and prognosis, we had to make the unexpected and difficult decision of not letting her suffer any longer. The whole process was emotionally difficult, and through it all, the care, compassion and patience that Dr. Hyde, Heather and Sonia showed us meant more than they may realize. Now, two months after Genie crossed the rainbow bridge, I still miss her terribly. But the sad memories of saying good bye to her are uplifted by ReadiVet‘s gentleness, kindness and respect. “I am so very thankful for finding this office!! Dr.Pavani is not only one of the kindest hearted people I have ever met but an amazing Doctor. She is patient and gentle, yet efficient and a master at her work. She accepted payments from me, which was a miracle to me seeing as the amount of work I needed, every other office turned me away because I didn't have insurance or the money up front. Other places also told me I needed to see an oral surgeon for the teeth that I needed removed that were decayed to where there was no tooth left to pull. She had it done so painless in about 20min. I have gone back to her several times, 5 teeth removed, front two teeth bonded and a partial. I will never go to anyone else even if I move from this city. I find her a true blessing in my life. I hate that I don't know her name, but her assistant is very welcoming and down to earth.”
