“God bless this place! The most lovely man came to my rescue - in the rain! So lucky and grateful to have stumbled into this store after my less lucky moment. I accidentally drove onto a curb and pulled off the plastic cover that’s under my car. I pulled up and he got into the ground in the parking lot to make sure I was still ok to keep driving. “From Houston TX visiting Canyon Lake area and Hands down the best BBQ! The Pork Ribs, brisket and jalapeño sausage was amazing. Huge portion 3- meat plate is more than enough for 2 people. For side we got The Mac and Cheese, cole slaw and potato salad all were good. The Baked potato was huge and had a lot of meat in it. Everything was so tasty highly recommend this place! “I had the pleasure of playing at Lakeside Golf Club recently and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! It appears that the management has taken into account many of the observations made by other reviewers, and the course was in great condition. The unique features of the course, such as the changes in elevation and narrow fairways, made for a challenging yet fun round of golf. The consistency of the fairways and greens was much better than what I had read in previous reviews. The exceptional staff, including the manager Alberto Amero, were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the course is beautiful, with stunning views of the lake. Overall, I would highly recommend Lakeside Golf Club to anyone looking for a great round of golf and a lovely setting. Kudos to the management and staff for taking care of the course and making our experience exceptional! Five stars!”
