“I love this place! It’s my new favorite Chinese food restaurant. I love supporting local businesses and less franchise/chains. The food here is great. The wait staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Their location is a little bit hidden in the strip center but easy to find if you’re looking for it. I’ve eaten here twice now and both times were equally excellent. I look forward to eating here again very soon! I ordered the sesame beef and it tasted great! I look forward to trying more of their dishes. They have lots of menu choices.”

“Yesterday (8/9/23) my kiddo and I were fortunate enough to finally check out our local donut shop. We had been once, but never gone inside. The atmosphere was so nice. It was relaxed and laid back. The complete opposite of other places. We met three wonderful staff members who were incredibly nice and welcoming. I truly felt like we had made new friends when we left. Oh, let's talk about the visual appeal of looking at a wall of donuts of every kind. It is amazing. We came around the corner to see and my eyes were in heaven. So beautiful. The donuts were amazing. The perfect combination of soft, fluffy and chewy. The one I had this morning was still good too. I'm so happy to have found our new local breakfast spot. ❤️”

“Been here for about 5 months now, and we love it here! The deer are really friendly, and the sunsets.. oh man, the sunsets are gorgeous! When we first got here in the spring, the flowers were absolutely beautiful. The staff is generally quite nice and helpful, and they have activities! “My family and friends wanted to float the river and ended running across Mill Haus cabins. What a gem we found and super affordable! This is exactly what we wanted. Private, clean, spacious, perfect location, gorgeous views, right on the lake for launching your floats, cook top, clear water, privacy, the list could go on and on. To sum it up perfect a home away from home. We wanted to stay so much longer and talked about planning one more trip before the end of the summer. Cathy the manager was so helpful and added to our great experience. We will be back and will only visit this location. “I tried to replace a light fixture and blew the dimmer switch. I was expecting to be charged $100 for them to tell me I needed to buy a new switch. Instead, they didn't charge me anything for the house call! They said they didn't do much - even though they got out a ladder, pulled the switch out, and confirmed electricity was coming in but not going out. It is great to work with such an honest company! I will defiantly call them the next time I need electrical work.”

“HI! I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Dr. Van Diest is and how much I value and appreciate the care she gives me. I have never had a doctor care so much about me and helping me with all of my funky conditions. I first saw Dr. Van Diest in Abilene Texas. I have followed her all the way to Bulverde, Tx, which is a good 3 hours away from me but well worth the drive. She is special and unique and truly cares about every patient. I believe and this is my opinion only, but I believe Dr. Van Diest has been rousted by companies she has been affiliated with because she does not see her patients as a number and just run them thru the shoot. She spends the time with her patients and address their needs. Each patient gets the same level of care and concern. Dr. Van Diest puts her heart and soul into the care she provides. I have a best friend who also has become a patient of Dr. Van Diest and has followed her as well. You really won't find a better or more caring doctor and she is so knowledgeable and up to date. Dr. Van Diest goes above and beyond what any other will do for their patient's.
