Best Rv park in the area! Owners are very thoughtful and helpful about anything and everything. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Family owned and operated.

We’ve had a wonderful experience staying here! Nancy and Chase are such wonderful people, and they have been so helpful.

The amenity center is absolutely gorgeous! The bathrooms are beautiful and clean (including an ADA bathroom and shower). The amenity center also has on-site laundry, vending machine, an on-site dog park, a package delivery box, and a homey “coffee shop” aesthetic communal area for visiting or to use the Wi-Fi. There’s also a wonderful stretch of fenced in synthetic turf off the back porch for kids to play and for families to gather!

The view of the valley from the RV spot locations is spectacular! It’s in a perfect location (just a short drive to Denton and Gainesville), but is still nice and quiet as it’s tucked in the country. It has a wide concrete entrance without any obstructions making entering and exiting with an RV very easy.

Time slows down here. It really is a little slice of Heaven.

My family and I recently stayed here for a weekend stay. I am from this area and recently moved, we decided to take our camper last minute to get a spot to be close to extended family. I got in contact with the owners and explained we would need a LATE night check in, with it raining that weekend they ensured we had a site that had extra gravel packed in. On the last day there we stopped in to view/use the facilities and was blown away at how spacious and beautiful the common areas were, including the bathrooms! Throughout our entire stay the owners were friendly and accommodating with quick responses to the few messages sent back and forth. It is the perfect spot to have the convenience of 35 but still set back far enough to get that small town country feeling I had been missing!

We stayed here for about a month and honestly it was the most beautiful, amazing park we have ever been in. Their house and synthetic yard made it so much fun for me and my husband to just hangout. The owners are super lovely always ready to help with anything. If we are ever back in this area, will definitely choose tejano ranch.
