McClain's Longhorn RV

My wife and I recently purchased a new toy hauler from McClains. Our sales experience was incredible thanks to our salesman Evan. He was extremely professional and took the time to listen to exactly what our needs were, and then knowledgeable enough to show us the models that fit our lifestyle. I can’t say enough good things about Evan, but if I could make a long story short, I would say Evan made this the best buying experience I’ve had. He worked long hours well past closing time, and truly went the extra mile to make sure my family was taken care of, and that’s hard to find lately. Thank you Evan!

We wanted to share our experience with Ray. started off with a video call, Ray was very thorough and explained everything to us in detail which led us to purchase the Revel without even seeing it. We flew in from Houston and we’re immediately greeted, offered breakfast and had the best BBQ thanks to Ray! We couldn’t be more thankful for his dedication to us! I have had an excellent experience purchasing a new Class B from McClain’s RV in Sanger. I am fortunate to be working with with Ray who is friendly , but not pushy. He is knowledgeable, and I love that he doesn’t make promises that he can not keep. His communication with me has been exceptional before, during, and after the sale. I am enjoying every weekend that I can camping, and I can’t wait for a longer adventure.

A major purchase of any type always seems discouraging when there are so many moving parts to the process. McClain's sales team and specifically Hunter made the process straightforward and effortless. He just knew exactly what we were looking for. He had lots of patience which I must say was extremely telling of his character and product knowledge. Mary from the store was great to work with as well and was also very pleasant.
