Laurel Oaks Funeral Home and Shannon Bunch, the funeral director, were wonderful. Shannon was compassionate and helpful during the planning for the funeral. He made suggestions without being pushy. My mother’s service was perfect. She looked beautiful and peaceful. My family is grateful for the care given to my mother and to our family.

having to make final burial arrangements is never easy and is a very emotional time. Shannon Bunch provided our family such exceptional care from the moment we walked in and throughout the entire process. I cannot express how amazing my experience was with Laurel Oaks. Specifically, I want to recognize Shannon and how he made what could have been a tough situation and made it wonderful for my family. All the staff were excellent, and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for all you did in helping with my grandmother's funeral. You made it perfect and just as she desired. It's never easy to lose a loved one, but Shannon helped us through it all and was kind, sympathetic, and professional during the entire process.

I believe that unfortunately with all that goes on with planning a funeral of our loved ones we forget to write a review. Laurel Oaks should have 5 ⭐️. I had the best experience in the mixed of my pain I can only thank Mr. Dean how compassion his his care his knowledge his helping is get through this hard process and making sure we had a great and professional experience. Never once felt like a business transaction but felt like a friend trying to help us with a hard process and getting us the best for our loved one. Even though I don’t want to go through this experience again in 100 years, when that day comes I will look for their services again.
