I really like the Dr at the Coppell location, but it's been an expensive experience.
I was over charged for my allergy shots for almost a year. I only found out by accident when I was on the phone with my insurance provider. It took some work but they did refund my credit card.
I also took a simple blood test that my Dr recommended, but the front desk did not check my insurance... it turns out the test has been considered experimental for more than a year by most insurance companies. I've spent many hours over the last 4 months with the lab, my insurance provider and the Dr office trying to get the cost reduced... no luck so far so it's looking like I'll be paying $1200 out-of-pocket for a test that confirmed I am allergic to a banana and other foods... not worth it to me.
If you choose this Dr, in order to save a couple of hundred bucks, I suggest you learn about insurance procedure/diagnostics codes. It's been a real education on how insurance works. Having poor procedures in a Dr's front office can cost you big time so beware.
