  I just wanted to thank Lorenzo for being so kind and efficient during the whole process. I reserved the unit the day prior and I immediately got an email confirming my reservation and a call and email the next day from Lorenzo confirming my rental. When we arrived Lorenzo was very friendly and communicative about the rental and all that was included. He showed us the unit, explained the lock and then he went over the lease with me and sent me links to automatically open the gate with my phone and to set up auto debit for my unit. The rental includes a free truck which is super helpful in the moving process. Overall it was the best deal I was able to find and I’m very pleased with the service that Lorenzo provided me.

  From start to finish Lorenzo and Bridgette were the best. I don’t give 5 stars easily and many times don’t take the time to Post but I want everyone who reads this to know that this place is definitely THE BEST! They are professional, extremely helpful, willing to work with you, and employee owners of the business!

  I couldn’t have asked for better service from Lorenzo. Other places I called followed up with pressured sales-y pitches, and Lorenzo was just easy to talk to and no pressure. He was so responsive and helpful the whole process. Love the facility too and feel very safe with my things there. Definitely consider and use this amazing facility. Lorenzo is so personable, funny and easy to work with!

  This review is long overdue. I honestly went here because it was close by my house and have the best reviews. I called there was a super nice lady that told me the rates I went in the same day and she showed me the unit. I liked the fact it was clean they are very responsive that’s a huge plus for me. I got a unit but on my move in day I realize the lady never told me about a lock.. so I just left my stuff in the storage with out a lock. I know I. Know but they are super Secure so I wasn’t nervous about it. I called up there a few days later and the leasing manager Lorenzo Hernandez helped me out! I very happy with the service there! I would highly suggest going here for a unit
