The window removal is so fantastic I can't tell it's been done. (He matched wood and paint on the outside of the house.) Work ethic and response time couldn't be better. “This is a great ,neat and safe location to live, very centrally located too Maintenance response on work orders is on POINT, usually fast and efficient great park and friendly neighbors Patty, the property manager takes her time to listen to her residents ,means to me that she understands complaints can become opportunities,can be opportunities for growth. Ariel the assistant manager has always been helpful Sandra,the leasing professional is the one we see right when we walk in the office .Sandra is amazing,very genuine ,great attitude and assuring .Sandra knows how to avoid residents from making follow up calls as she will respond to your concerns sooner than later,she is Amazing,very efficient the only thing I would say some of us have concerns about is the new towing system where we need to have our guests sign in their cars up on the towing website or else their vehicles will be towed.some guests find that very inconveniencing .Also we can not have the same guest come with same vehicle for more than 3 consecutive days as the system will decline the parking request,someone visiting ,does not mean they live here .I sometimes visit /stop by same friend's house,every day if I need to,does not mean I live there .There should be another way of doing this.seems like the towing company is the one that is mostly benefiting from this new system and is benefiting from the residents all in all,this is a great ,peaceful and clean community to live .walking distance to Kroger ,CVS,2 elementary schools etc”

“My wife and I visited the office after 2 days of looking at a new place to live since we sold our home. We saw so many and they all started looking the same and not one that made us feel welcome until we got to Estates. When we went in, a lady met us at the door named Carrie. She was very excited that we were there (unlike the majority of the places we had already visited). She listened and asked a lot of questions. She took us to two places with totally different styles of lay out. When we got into each one, she remembered what was important to us and pointed out the details on each one. Both of them were very nice. Very clean and both were actual homes we would take vs the majority that only were model homes. After we got back to the office, she didn’t ask if we wanted to apply, she pulled an application and handed me a pen. She turned to my wife and said. “which one made you happy?” Thank you Carrie for your genuine interest and love for what you do. You are a rare breed.”

The sleeves are clipped so they don’t wrinkle and she put collar stays in for us. (The other place we were going to NEVER did this). “We love this school. It has groomed my daughter very well and she has got admission to green hill without any struggle. When she came out of her interview she said they asked her baby questions. At the age of 4-5 she knew how to add in thousands, add logic while applying mathematic skills, read and write journals and be an all rounder. Her teacher Ma Celine is an excellent resource and we can’t thank the school enough for all of this and more. Our daughter loves the school And the staff and they really do take care of the kids like their own. The school is very flexible and they even pick up my daughter from her elementary school for after care. It was indeed a lone of our best decisions. We truly love the school.”
