The Neighborhoods at The Sound - Bleecker Street

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience leasing with The Sound! I just received my keys this weekend and everything has been so smooth and easy.

Heather helped me find an apartment and really went above and beyond! Not only was she extremely nice, but she was very knowledgeable on the community and the leasing market in general. She made it so easy for me to say yes to living at The Neighborhoods.

My apartment is AMAZING! Everything was clean and ready for my move-in. It's a great price for what I am getting, not even considering all of the amazing amenities offered!

I literally have NO complaints!

The apartments are very high-end and the neighbourhood is quite pleasant with lots of amenities in and out of the buildings. Enjoying my stay here immensely so far. Many thanks to Gwen for all the help moving in!

We have been here for one month and absolutely love it!! We love how secure it is here and the customer service is exemplary. Heather is the best!! She was very accommodating and patient in answering all of our questions. We love the convenience of the six restaurants, we just need a Mexican restaurant added ????! This place is up and coming and would highly recommend it to anyone!!

Moved in yesterday and so excited about starting my lease. The property, even partly under construction, is immaculate. Architecture and design is very modern and appealing. Huge gym, private 7 eleven, and walking distance from events and food. You literally get Dallas downtown living without the hassle of being downtown. Gwen was my leasing consultant and couldn’t be more help. She made my move in seamless and was very prompt with responses. Highly recommend touring and moving to the Sound

I love my apartment! When I first walked in, I was immediately greeted by Hailey. She was so kind and patient in helping me find the perfect apartment to call home. Even after I moved in, she still checks in; and is readily available to assist me with anything I may need. The atmosphere of this apartment community is beyond words. I am so happy these apartments crossed my path. To anyone looking for a place to call home, look no further.
