SDR Towing

We waited over 2 hours for a State Farm arranged tow. After going back and forth with State Farm we decided to call a tow truck ourself. We called quite a few with no success. Then we called SDR Towing and they had a tow truck to our location in 10 minutes. The driver was courteous and professional. Great service! We’ll be keeping their contact info in our phones!

I would like to provide feedback from tonight regarding Vincent picking up my truck and taking it to the dealership on 11/22/20. My truck is having electrical issues, and was locked up. I worked on this all day and OnStar dispatched 2 different tow trucks before Vincent arrived tonight.

Both other drivers were unable to help / didn’t attempt to pick the truck up due to the fact we were unable to shift it to neutral. When Vincent arrived, he worked diligently and communicated extremely well and I could tell he actually cared while making the best of the situation. Plus, a car parked in front of my truck which made it more challenging to get to.

He was strategic, efficient, and honestly did a great job. He also called me back and let me know that he arrived at the dealership, and even asked if I had a preference on where he should drop it off at the dealership.

I felt the need to provide feedback because the effort and hard work on a late Sunday night deserves it.
