I used to work out here for about a year and a half but had to stop due to logistics - location/schedule/finances. This is a great crossfit box and I loved working out there. The community is great!

Additionally Johnnie the owner was great! Please don't be turned away by one-off scenarios from customers that didn't get to know Johnnie. He's all for you improving and getting better. If you have a humble attitude and are willing to learn, you'll learn/improve well under his guidance. I never once saw him act disrespectfully to the people that worked out there.

Went to my first class a few days ago and it was an awesome experience. Bought a month membership right off of the bat. The owners are friendly and went out of the way to make me feel welcome. Great culture amongst the members which is a reflection of the ownership. Would recommend anyone who is looking to better themselves to come out and give it a shot.
