(May 22, 2021, 9:37 pm)If you are looking for a new gym or are just curious, check Odyssey out - the owners, coaches, and members are all very welcoming, and there are members of all ages. Don't be intimidated either, this gym does not want to load you up with a bunch of weight and then have you hurt yourself. They focus first on technique and getting you comfortable, and then on pushing you. Worthwhile.
