  Staff were very considerate, knowledgeable, and efficient. CSM Jennifer was a HUGE blessing to me. I will definitely make this my home store for shopping.

  Stopped in to start a cabinet project. Bob, the designer, was so patient and informative, no pressure. Love that Lowe's also discounts to Veterans. We have steadily switched over to Lowe's over the other big box improvement store in the last several years.

  I just purchased my first home and am doing a complete gut and remodel of the entire house. I purchased most of my bathroom fixtures from Lowe's including a 60" vanity, (2) sink faucets, (1) shower faucet, (2) toilets, (1) toilet paper holder and tile for my fireplace. I reserved a truck delivery so that everything would come in at once. I was surprised by how cost effective this option was. I quickly received an update on my order and was connected with order specialist, Sandie Longs. She has been a life saver. I've had to make multiple changes to my order and she's been there every step of the way. She was responsive and extremely patient as I gathered item numbers and change details. Aside from Sandie's awesome customer service, this Lowe's location has a great selection of products and specialists are always on the floor ready to help (especially in appliances).

  This is the Lowe's store where we normally shop even though it is further from our house than at least 2 others. They are friendly here. They nearly always have what we want. We were last there to buy a freezer. The Website said we would have to wait about 3 weeks for delivery, but we actually got it in 3 or 4 days, which was good since my old freezer had given up the ghost. Let me say, too, that the delivery people were very friendly, helpful, and timely.
  
  And, for you veterans - there's that 10% discount, even on sale items! (Or, at least, we got an additional 10% off on the freezer that was on sale.) Best Buy had the exact same freezer for the same price as Lowe's sale price (also on sale at BB) ... but our store didn't offer the discount so we shopped at Lowe's.
