  I've lived at Locale for the last 13 months and just renewed my lease for another 13! David has been especially great to work with but all of the office staff are very fair and willing to work with you on any issues. The office also periodically provides snacks/meals depending on whats going on. For example, they provided a taco and nacho bar for Cinco de Mayo this month. They also have coordinated Monday night fitness classes in the apartment gym free of charge to the residents! I'm incredibly satisfied with all the amenities and upgrades in my apartment and garage. Additionally, the maintenance is always very timely and does a thorough job in all maintenance requests. I would definitely recommend living at Locale!

  So far my boyfriend and I have had a wonderful experience at Locale. We absolutely love our apartment, it has tall ceilings, a great sized backyard, huge kitchen sink, and included a washer and dryer. Dakota specifically has made our experience very accommodating. He had a personal note written for us when we moved in that was very thoughtful along with chocolate AND treats for my dog. Every time I’ve called him he’s solved my concerns.

  Parking is terrible- not enough spots for Visitor Parking (which is enough to make me want to move somewhere else). Garages/Car Ports are tied to certain apartments so I can’t even purchase a Garage because I live in my unit which has a Car Port. They said I would have to move into a different unit if I want a Garage (Sounds like they need to create a NEW system for this).
  The sprinkler system covers my entire patio with water which means, everything on my patio gets soaked in water or I have to settle for having nothing on my patio (disappointing).
  The people who live above me keep littering cigarette butts right next to my patio.
  These are Beautiful, Clean apartments with Valet Trash workers that pick up my trash bag from my front door daily so that’s convenient.
