  Doug Scott was friendly, helpful, and did a great job making sure the work I needed to get done was finished quickly and to my satisfaction. He went through my service report and made sure I understood each step of the process. Only place I trust getting the right work done on my vehicle.

  I went in last Saturday browsing for new cars as this was my first time buying at a dealership and I'm so happy I came here! Joe D'Angelo made the experience so pleasant and "laid-back", he didn't make me feel pressured to make a quick decision which I very much appreciated. He thoroughly explained all my options and did the best to accommodate my needs. Randy York did the paperwork after I decided yes on the car and he was super quick and answered all of my financing questions. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I decide to upgrade to a newer car!

  Regarding the servicing department- I have taken my car in to get serviced every 6 months for the last four years. The first few times I went in, I got a different service adviser each time and they were okay but not great. The last couple times I have been in there, I got Brandon Hall. He is by far the best service adviser in there! He is a very nice person and outgoing. His attention to any minor issues I bring up is superb. He is customer focused and truly realizes that it's how the customer feels walking out of the service department is what matters. While I can safely say that my car is done faster with him, I know he is not the one who is the mechanic. But regardless, he must be very attentive and quick to get it to me when it is done. Overall, I think Brandon makes the experience for me at Park Cities Ford. I would highly recommend asking for him! Thanks Brandon! See you next time!

  The experience at Park Cities Ford was excellent. Joe D'Angelo was very thorough along with Lee Hamilton. They both explained everything in detail to my understanding. Very professional and did not pressure me in any way to come to my decision to purchase the vehicle. Gave me a great trade in and delivered the Vehicle to me in less than three hours, which now days is uncommon. Was able to provide everything I was looking for in a new vehicle. Will be referring business to this Dealership due to there professionalism and service. Thank you Joe and Lee!!

  I had the best experience getting my new car yesterday. David Jaffe was the best, I told him what I wanted, what my budget was and hammered him with emails and questions. He was super patient with me, explained everything in detailed and answered every email I sent right away. He was not pushy at all. When I came to the dealership everything was ready for me. The process was really smooth and actually pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership and David rocks!!!
