They are a small shop and aren't always able to get to things on my time table but if I called ahead they told me how long the line was to get things done. Getting work done by someone I could trust was worth that minor inconvenience.
The other thing they did for me was give me advice about cars in general. In International Diplomacy, I believe that is called being an "honest broker". Belmont Garage is an "honest broker". They made suggestions for where to go to get a fair deal on tires and car body work and where to go to buy a used car. They even played Match-Maker one time to help me sell one of my cars.
