I have been coming here for years and regrettably have gone to other places to try out to see if I can get more for my money. Not only is fashionphile fair with their prices, but they are kind an understanding. Other places that will stay unnamed …. Cough cough TRR … say one thing then do another. Not to mention YOUR MONEY is not guaranteed you’ll make what you want AND it takes a bajillion years to get to you! “I actually expect more when I visit Neiman Marcus and the salon is no different. When you first enter the salon on the lower level, you are most definitely underwhelmed by the entrance, ambiance, everything! It's as if the placement of the salon was an afterthought. The front staff doesn't greet you with any beverage offerings while you wait for your appointment at all. If you attempt to compare reviews to their social media, good luck, they hardly ever update that and when they do, it's another underwhelming experience. My rating is based solely on my stylist, Arthur, who does incredible work with my hair - restoring the length, health and beauty of my natural hair. I go for the quality work that my stylist has.”

“My husband loves this particular store! We hardly ever leave here without something (namely shoes)! The store has quite the selection of shoes, shades, belts, and other signature items that are always the newest version. The staff is friendly and has pretty good customer service. I gave four stars because some of the staff have a natural skill to deal with customers. However, some are lacking in that area. I will say that neither my husband nor myself has ever felt uncomfortable shopping at any of the Gucci stores, but I have seen some being treated less accommodating. My advice to the staff is not to judge a book by its cover, that book could be your best contributor!”

“I have been in this complex several months and the faculties were adequate for my needs. It would have been even better if my automobile 🚘 hadn't been damaged on the hotel. Not sure if crew doing the renovations had run into my car. The car had sheet rock all over it and a 4"x4"x8' piece of lumber next to it.”

“This is an awesome EF shoppe that even carries the limited edition capsule pieces. I stopped in to check the sweater weight of a couple of pieces in my favorite color and met some really wonderful sales associates. This store really shines in all ways, it's a lovely EF boutique. Unfortunately since I have moved from a more seasonal climate to the blazing desert of Arizona, many of my favorite minimalist EF pieces are too warm for my winter. This still doesn't deter me much from loving the pieces though...I'm dreaming of snappy fall days so I can wear my knits for sure!”

“We were able to snag a reservations to the restaurant on opening night! Though it was nearing closing time when we went, we had a great time. (& honestly preferred to go when it was *less* crowded) While we browsed the market, we were well attended to and when we had a question there was an employee near by to help! It was very much first night jitters at the restaurant but we were there for the experience. Everyone was help and gave great recommendations of the food. Try all the pasta and calamari! So great. Overall we had a wonderful experience and were so happy we were able to be there on opening day!! Welcome to Dallas!”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. Beth greeted me with a sweet personality (even as early as it was) and helped me with all my questions. I was brought back pretty quickly and everyone on the staff was helpful. Dr. Dabney was informative and listened to all I had to say. She was quick about my treatment as I am 39 weeks pregnant and needed my iron infusion quickly. I was able to get it that day and the office staff helped me figure out my insurance quick and within 45 minutes, I was in the chair getting my infusion. Thank y'all so much and I appreciate everything!”

“If you are looking for a fun girls night, this is your spot. Cocktails are too sweet but for a glass of bubbles I would be back! The service is 5 star ⭐️ there was a gentlemen young, dark hair, stylish and going to school for fashion. I forgot his name but the sweetest guy, took photos, got cocktails and friendly. Amazing music, they have bubbles blowing in the wind and the atmosphere is beautiful! All details were thought out.”

“I had an oncology consult for my beloved pet as she just got diagnosed with a sarcoma in her neck. The staff have been amazing and have been thorough with explanations and treatment options. A special shout out to the vet tech Holly as she treated my pet just like her own! It has been rough learning your pet has cancer and not knowing what is going to happen or how much time you might have left. I feel they are doing everything they can to help my pet and give me as many options possible to give her a good quality of life.”
