On-Site Tires

Enjoyed a Saturday lunch with my husband. Good eats. No complaints.

I have used this service twice now. I don’t think I will ever go back to a brick and mortar tire store again. They communicate well, are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

Technician (Cody) arrived a little early (good for my schedule), was polite, careful with my car and cleaned up well. He torqued all my lug nights by hand and inflated all tires to door placard pressure. 4 stars because the process requires phone calls from me to On-Site despite ordering everything through Tire Rack. Ideally, the On-Site service calendar would be accessible when I order so I can arrange everything without phone calls.

What a simple and brilliant idea. They showed up on time, accommodated a request to come back the same day to do a second set of tires, and are priced very competitively. I can't think of any reason I'd ever go back to a tire store to get tires mounted.

On-Site Tires called the day the tires arrived to schedule the appointment. (For the NEXT DAY!) They were EXACTLY on time to begin services at our location of choice. They were extremely efficient and polite. With a business of our own, this service could not have been more convenient. I would HIGHLY recommend On-Site Tires to EVERYONE!
