  Amazing place for all ages. 4 levels of interactive and fun exhibits plus the lower level has a fun sports area where you can do some interactive science related sports activities and a children's museum. If you are planning on attending March through first part of June which is when we were there than there are MANY kids running around the entire facility as schools do their field trips this time of year. But for a small fee you can fill up almost an entire day here. Definitely a must do for families if you are in the area

  Was there today for a birthday party. The room attendants were great and had lots of fun activities for the children. My favorite was the old vinegar/baking soda volcano eruption. As part of the birthday party you got access to the museum after the party ended. Which was a very nice touch. We will go back when we have more time to explore!

  The building itself is a work of art and inventive architecture! We visited during summer of 2018 and particularly enjoyed the geological display. They have a massive geode that can be opened and closed via a crank wheel. Otherwise the displays are highly interactive and will keep you and your crew busy for hours. My kiddos were 6 and 9 and had a blast. I rarely give five stars and didn't for this review either but the museum is very close to deserving that extra star.

  This place is amazing. Visited from out of state with 5 year old kids and they loved every minute of it. They recommend starting on the fourth floor and working your way down. Follow that advice and you'll have a great time. The dinosaur bones and exhibits on the fourth floor were my son's favorite and the gems and minerals on the third were my daughter's. There's no way to see everything in one visit without spending all day in the museum.

  Great learning environment for kids. Some of the information on certain displays (astronomy, energy generation and extraction) need updating with our current understanding of these fields. Nonetheless great for those just getting into or with an interest of natural sciences. My recommendation is ages 4+ if as a parent you want your child interested in the experience. Still great for families of all ages. My personal favorite was the gemstones and minerals exhibit. The staff was kind and helpful.
