“Called Dentwerks on a Tuesday and they were able to accommodate me right away. I came in 30 minutes later and met Austin and Joe. Joe took a look and we discussed how it wasn’t a typical door ding - was sharp damage on the body line - and that usually the repair would be referred to a body shop instead. I described my situation that it was a new car and I didn’t want any real body work done with non-factory paint. I also knew it was going to cost a lot more at the body shop than it would here. Joe said he could try working his magic on the door and it could get to about 90-95% of its original condition. After about 2.5 hours, Joe pulled the car back around and I was taken back at how great it looked. It was as if the damage never happened. Joe really outdone himself and I was extremely grateful for his willingness to work on it when he could have easily said no and told me to go to a body shop. Thanks again Dentwerks. You guys have earned a grateful customer.”
