“Very polite cashier. I was asked to park in a spot to wait for my order which definitely is not a problem because it assures me that my food is going to be fresh! This is my first visit to this lotaburger but it's very nice I loved the vigas outside it looks very modernized and definitely a new Mexican style. Convenient to the Santa ana star casino hotel and right off the main highway in bernalillo. Something I noticed as well was the music being played outside the store which I've never seen before so it's nice and it makes the atmosphere for those waiting for there food as well as those who dine outside! The food is always freshly made”

Came back Saturday Late afternoon, was not too busy as i pulled in parking. One of the guys walks up. I ask about the tires i saw before We walked up to the area sure enough, The same tires where still there, they unloaded my old tires off my truck bed As i was carrying out only, for my other car , tires were mounted balanced Very good service friendly people .”

“Excellent shop, every work done here is +5 stars, but alignment is from other world, if you make your alignment here, you really get what you are trying to get, maybe the only place in USA where this job is really well done! Nice people, friendly, they took a little longer than other shops, but is just a value added to get the quality they offer in their works. “One of the employees gave me incorrect information about fixing and electrical problem and set an appointment for a service that Firestone couldn't perform. When I got the the store, Gia not only apologized for the wrong information, but bent over backwards to work with a local electrical shop to complete the repairs and to make payment convenient for me. Even David, who originally gave me the wrong information, fully redeemed himself in my eyes by giving providing me with constant updates and essentially shepherding my car through the entire process. I was initially very upset with Firestone, but everyone makes mistakes, and it was truly inspiring to see the lengths to which they went to correct their mistake and keep their longtime customer happy.”
